Dear Chris, Claire, Richard and Jonathan, It was with such sadness and shock to hear of Ian's death. He was always such a happy, smiling person and always willing to help. He will be greatly missed by us and the town of Barnard Castle. If there was one way to die it is sat on a bench with the person you love and have spent most of your life with listening to the stream and birds singing on a beautiful day.
